From Concept to Award-Winning Coffee Brand
When I joined the Idylika project, the vision was set but the roadmap was open. Together, we built a brand from scratch — starting with the name, identity, product strategy, and story to tell. I shaped the brand architecture to speak to multiple target groups: specialty coffee lovers, office environments, and value-driven customers.
I helped define the product lines, packaging logic, and visual style, including the now-signature map-based coffee bag design. The packaging not only stood out on the shelf, but saved costs by over 60% due to a smart labeling strategy. I oversaw everything from print materials to cups, website creation, e-shop management, and social media content.
My strategic support led to Idylika entering international competitions — a bold step for a local roastery. In 2023, Idylika won all three Great Taste Awards levels, including the rare 3-star rating, making it one of only 12 coffees in the world to achieve this in 2023.
