In April 2023, Idylika was honored as a finalist in the Visa Slovak Top Shop competition — a recognition reserved for the most inspiring retail spaces across Slovakia. Our concept, which blends a café, coffee roastery, and retail counter into one unified customer journey, stood out among a field of retail giants.

Throughout the year, other finalists included well-known brands such as Alza Mlynské Nivy, Kaufland, Decathlon, Yeme. Being ranked alongside these established leaders was a true honor — and a validation of our customer-first mindset and high attention to detail.

My involvement focused on optimizing internal processes to ensure they were intuitive for customers while remaining efficient from a business perspective. From service flow to space layout, our goal was to deliver a smooth, welcoming, and memorable experience at every touchpoint.
